We offer comprehensive, individualized pathways to enhance memory, improve focus, support cognitive longevity, and protect long-term brain health through evidence-based strategies.
I became interested in cognitive decline through the same lens that transformed my work in psychiatry: the realization that many chronic brain-based symptoms are deeply connected to the health of the body systems supporting the brain itself.
My work has increasingly focused on the emerging science of metabolic brain health and the powerful relationship between brain energy, systemic health, and cognitive function.
Over time, I found myself asking a deeper question:
What if many brains are struggling not because they are irreversibly broken, but because the biological environment supporting them has become overwhelmed?
That question fundamentally changed the direction of my work.
As I cared for individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, burnout, brain fog, memory concerns, and cognitive changes, I began to see recurring patterns beneath the surface — inflammation, disrupted metabolism, poor sleep, chronic stress, vascular changes, toxic exposures, trauma, isolation, and lifestyle factors that quietly erode the brain’s resilience over time.
I became increasingly convinced that true cognitive health requires us to look beyond symptoms alone and begin restoring the foundational systems that allow the brain to heal, adapt, and function optimally.
That search ultimately led me to the Bredesen Protocol and to a deeper integration of metabolic medicine, neuroscience, precision nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and systems-based approaches to cognitive restoration and prevention.
My interest in cognitive decline is also deeply personal. I have witnessed the suffering that cognitive decline can bring within my own family, and that experience profoundly shaped both my mission and my sense of urgency around brain health. I do not simply teach these principles professionally — I live them personally with the people I love most. The same strategies I encourage you to explore are the strategies I strive to integrate into my own life and family: protecting sleep and circadian rhythms, reducing inflammation, supporting movement and stress resilience, preserving purpose and connection, and creating the healthiest possible environment for long-term cognitive vitality.
I am deeply passionate about helping people proactively protect, preserve, and strengthen cognitive health for the future — whether you are beginning to notice changes yourself or hoping to preserve or restore the health and vitality of someone you love.
As the founder of Touchpoints180®, I have built a comprehensive, physician-led framework designed to help people optimize brain and body health through personalized metabolic and lifestyle interventions. Touchpoints180® was created to help people “do a 180” in their brain and body health through strategic, sustainable changes that support long-term vitality and resilience.
My approach focuses not only on preserving memory, but on improving the overall biological environment in which the brain functions and thrives.
Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all protocol, I work collaboratively to identify the unique metabolic, inflammatory, environmental, and lifestyle factors shaping your cognitive health trajectory. Through Touchpoints180®, you are supported within a deeply educational, restorative, and empowering environment focused on sustainable change and long-term brain health.
I also believe there is profound importance in addressing these changes early. The brain is remarkably adaptive, but the earlier we begin supporting the systems that influence cognitive health, the greater the opportunity to preserve function, resilience, independence, and quality of life over time.
My philosophy is rooted in partnership, curiosity, education, and hope. I believe the brain has far greater capacity for adaptation, resilience, and recovery than many people have been led to believe — especially when we begin addressing the foundational systems that support how the brain and body function together.
I believe that protecting the brain is ultimately about protecting the life, relationships, memories, identity, and future that make you — and the people you love — who you are.
